Project Lead

• Should have hands on experience in UNIX, Shell scripting, Oracle, PLSQL, Open Shift Fabric and Dev Ops Skills .

• Good understanding of Financial / Investment Banking Domain.

• To support the application and ensure the availability of production 24*7 To resolve the issues which are raised by the user's

• Willing to travel to India for team meetings and trainings.

• Manage prioritization, escalation and resolution of support incidents to the L3 & CTB teams

• Good Analytical skill, Incident management, Problem management, knowledge management, stake holder management, Application management hand holding.

• To ensure that the production incidents are analyzed due to job failures and RCA is established.

• To lead the team and ensure that they are able to deliver the incidents on-time.
