Job Purpose:

This Position will Lead the IT Finance function and work as the Application specialist on Oracle ERP with an objective of streamlining IT finance support functions, application enhancement, business process solutioning. Leading the finance track in various implementation, upgrade, support Projects, including facilitating sessions defining user Requirements, performing Gap Analysis, building Functional Design for RICE objects (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Extension), Application configuration, Testing in CRP, SIT & UAT, Documentation, preparing and delivering training for users and providing Production Support.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic IT transformational initiatives for business applications.

Articulate transformation roadmap for technologies.

Evaluate suitable technologies, identify right fit products & vendor identification.

E2E design for product life cycle, design & develop applications, scalable & sustainable infrastructure planning, testing, business evaluation and technologies on board.

High level and low-level technical design documents

Prepare, review, and approve functional design documents & interface design mapping

Test design preparation and Unit testing with detailed business scenarios

Interact with development team and get the right workable solutions in a place

Project, Vendor & budget Management

Build in house knowledge base for gain IPR knowledge base

Periodical Management review for planned activities as well routine business

Business acumen by agile way and past project delivery experience and by qualification expertise.

Liasoning with business Teams, IT as well as external vendors on an on-going basis for extending support to existing & future projects and seeking timely solutions.

Running steering committees for strategic projects having participation from senior leadership team

Coordinate for all stages of project development including system design, development, testing, training, roll out and post-implementation support.

Monitor timely execution of assigned projects post development to ensure quality deliverables & helping in user/system maintenance post LIVE stage.

Monitor system/business application performance as per agreed deliverables, service & SLAs, TAT (as agreed with Vendor) and escalate issues to IT/Business and seek timely resolution

Stakeholder communication & alignment of project status/issues via review meetings and update tracker sheets

Guide team in preparing BRDs and change specifications, conducting UAT, obtaining Business user signoffs and implementing changes in the live system

Identify the Gaps in project post GO LIVE & gather feedback from user groups for suggesting improvements as needed & conduct appropriate user training/contact programs to ensure that all users are trained to achieve high level of system usage
