We are looking for a Doctor Recruitment Specialist to join our high energy team

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified doctors to fill vacancies within our organization. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified doctors through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Collaborate with Account Managers to understand their requirements.

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with the medical team and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates to ensure their suitability for employment.

Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages by company policies and budgetary constraints.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system.

Develop and nurture relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and other relevant institutions to cultivate a pipeline of future talent.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in Doctor recruitment to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization.

Must Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Previous experience in Doctor or healthcare recruitment preferred.

Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, account managers, and other stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Location - Noida (On-site/Work From Office)

CTC- 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Required Experience - 3 to 4 Years
