We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Payables Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and expertise in validating and processing supplier invoices. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.

Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.

Maintaining historical records.

Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.

Continuing to improve the payment process.

Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.

Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Skills

Working knowledge in Excel & Tally, MYOB, and Xero.

To assist in the overall function of the accounts dept.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

International Accounting and Financial skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
