Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. We have multiple roles across multiple cities in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in capturing market share by identifying and engaging active agents, ensuring their retention, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets for all our NON-AIR PRODUCTS. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment in the Travel Industry.

You will be handling all sales of Non-Air products like – Hotels, Packages, Cruises, Europe Products, Destination Packages, etc

Responsibilities:-

Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Identify and onboard active agents to increase sales force effectiveness.

Develop and implement agent retention strategies to reduce the non-active agent’s ratio.

Ensure a customer-centric approach, driving repeat business and fostering loyalty.

Provide ongoing support and training to agents, helping them complete maximum transactions on the portal.

Do you have what it takes (Must Haves):

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Travel lndustry

Hard core sales experience (preferably in B2B)

Good interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Travel Industry products

Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate resources independently.

Passion for travel and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
