Job Title : Payroll Specialist
Job Location : Andheri (E)
Minimum Qualification: Post graduate/ Masters / Graduate with relevant experience
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in compensation & benefits/ Payroll
Expected Outcomes:
Personnel records are maintained (GreytHR and StaffModel)
HR documents are prepared according to compliance (employment contracts, transfers, terminations, salary changes)
PF consultants are contracted and timely informed about any PF changes that need to be done
Payroll is supported with the relevant data provision from the HR end (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Process monthly payroll of the entire company on role and off role.
Check and verify the off roll employee attendance and vendor bills and share it with accounts team
Verifying the candidate documents and reference checks
Assisting HR team with the interviews, walkin drives etc
Managing the documentation of all the existing an new employees
Required Competencies:
Proven 4+ years experience as payroll specialist, payroll manager or HR administrator
Understanding of the fundamentals of HR administration
Knowledge of Employee Journey Map and the role of HR administrator in these processes
Use excel with pivot tables
Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant HRIS software (e.g. Greythr, Zoho, Spinehr) and databases
Experience in process automation in payroll (or HR or Accounting) area
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Preferences:
Post graduate/ Masters / Graduate with relevant experience
4-5 years of experience in Payroll or HR administration
