Group Reservations Coordinator

The Group Reservations Manager will lead the full operations and oversight of the Reservations Team across all our properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless booking experience for guests across our diverse portfolio, including wellness retreats, luxury and practical lodging facilities, and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and email enquiries for all properties including The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort, Rockholm at the Light House Beach, Retreat Park am See Nattika Ayurveda, Safire Residency, Half Moon Cay - Nattika Wellness and Dive Experience, and Samudra Ananda Ayurveda Retreat.

Implement and review reservation procedures, optimizing them for efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, social media, and email.

Identify guest needs to determine the most suitable room types and rates.

Ensure special requests are accommodated and documented accurately.

Provide information and answer queries regarding property facilities, services, and room accommodations.

Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Manage the reservation system, including data input and retrieval.

Handle challenges in rooming requests and set up proper billing accounts as per accounting policies.

Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns, escalating them when necessary.

Assist in the training, scheduling, counseling, motivating, and coaching of the reservations team.

Maintain professional standards in appearance and communication, both internally and with guests.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team and across the organization.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
