Product Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Executive to join our team. The Product Executive will be responsible for assisting in the development, launch, and management of our medical device product line. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing: Gather market insights to inform product development decisions. Responsible for conducting primary & secondary market research

Product Launch: Support the planning and execution of product launches, including developing marketing strategies, creating product documentation, and coordinating launch activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Coordination: Assist CDM team for competitive pricing & negotiation, sourcing OEM or right partnerships, bundling & regular day to day activities & support required in order to run campaigns & projects.

Customer Engagement: Engage with key opinion leaders and customers to gather feedback and insights for product improvement and optimization.

Documentation: Create and maintain product-related documentation, including user manuals, specifications, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing).

Proven experience in product management or related roles in the medical device industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and trends.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
