Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Institute of Innovation in Technology and Management. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, providing information to callers, handling queries, and maintaining call records. They will also assist in administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in telephone etiquette and customer service
Ability to handle high volume calls and multitask
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in call records
Knowledge of basic computer applications
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
