The Opportunity:

As Vedanta is on a growth path, we believe that attracting the best-in-class talent from within India as well as globally will be the key. We are looking for a passionate senior leader to take on the role of Director- Talent Acquisition who comes with proven past experience in managing end to end recruitment cycle. This role will collaborate with Business leaders including guidance from Chairman to identify and appoint talent across the group in India and globally.

Candidate with 10+ years of experience in global executive search firms would be an ideal fit. He/She should come with good experience in managing recruitment cycle, using latest tools & technology for assessment like psychometrics, talent mapping, etc. Should have prior experience in leadership hiring as well as hiring of global experts and expats. He/She should have the ability and personality to engage with top global executive search firms and front end with senior leadership talent.
