Job Summary

We are looking for one candidate to add to our team! Primary work will be to stain fences and decks. Must be willing to help with installations of fences and various projects.Wage may increase with experience and performance.

Typical schedule is Monday - Friday. However, weather sometimes prevents work days during the week, and Saturday may be used as a makeup day when this occurs. Sundays will never be a required work day, but may be optional under certain circumstances.

Job duties include occasional pressure washing, using a paint sprayer, rollers, and brushes, as well as driving a company vehicle. Work vehicle, equipment, tools, and supplies will be provided by the company. Experience painting/staining with an airless sprayer is a plus but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Currently our Wilmington crew covers our entire territory from Carolina Beach to New Bern. Some days may require travel in addition to the 8 hour work day; however, drive time and overtime will be compensated.

Pay will include hourly wage, commission for self-generated leads, and bonuses for exceptional performance, excellent work quality, and high efficiency.

As one workload may become higher than another at times, we ask that all of our team is flexible and willing to help out other crews when needed. This helps us to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, and continue growing our business to serve more customers in Eastern NC.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
