Full Charge Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or Accountant

Job Description

Bucks County Wholesale distributor is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper OR Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Great company! Key role will be to have full charge responsibility for all accounting and financials and to be a part of the management team.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records

Compute and record numerical data

Check the accuracy of business transactions

Perform data entry and administrative duties

Back reconciliations

Account rec's

Financial statement and profit and loss prep

Cash management

ad hoc projects and Administration of the office

Inventory Control

Qualifications

5 + years Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-orientedSalary: $60,000-$75,000
