Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA for a Personal Assistant. The main responsibility of the Personal Assistant is to provide support to the principals - a husband and wife.
Responsibilities include:
Handle administrative tasks
Manage schedules, book appointments
Make travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the employer/manager and other parties
Manage household projects
Source and manage external vendors
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
An ability to remain organized and calm when dealing with multiple tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
A positive, problem solving attitude
Proven experience demonstrating dedication
