How You’ll Make an Impact

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to various departments within the organization, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies to support the achievement of business goals.

Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance improvement strategies.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and action planning.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and selection.

Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Stay current on relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements.

Act as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR consulting roles.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in HR management.

Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to effectively manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and sensitivity.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Skill:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally

What We Offer:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Hybrid work schedule for select positions.

Eligible for overtime and premium working holiday pay rate
