Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software issues.

Responsibilities:

· Maintains and manages the Document control system for internal and external documentation

o Maintains Document control system for internal and external documents

§ Processing Change Request

§ Distributes all the documents to the proper locations at all facilities

§ Monitors document review status

o Monitors the document centers documents (forms, procedures, process sheets) on at least a weekly basis.

o Complete location audits to verify documentation

· Maintain the quality records archives

o Scanning of quality records

o Review completed SPC charts

· Maintain supplies (office and drink closet)

· As needed, orders catering lunches for customer visits

· Completes any assigned data entry

o Gage Calibration

o Gage R&R

· Preventive Maintenance system (Admin portion)

o Weekly PMs

o Adding New Equipment and new PMs

· Conducts internal audits on IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OSHA as required by the Quality Manager

· Complete any special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Detail orientated

- Ability to manage time wisely and efficiently without supervisor

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and photo editing with concentration Excel

- Exposure to IATF 16949; ISO 14001; OSHA requirements.Two or more years in auditing

Education:

- Associates Degree in Business or equivalent preferredCompany Description
