Job Opening: Quality Control Manager

Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee our daily quality assurance operations, ensuring our products meet the stringent requirements set by the latest ISO or TS manufacturing standards. This role demands the management and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), where problem-solving, managerial skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities are essential.

Reports To: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead quality initiatives to enhance both product delivery and cost efficiencies, aligning with the company's strategic goals.

Craft, deploy, and oversee a comprehensive quality plan to align our QMS with ISO or TS standards and other quality system requirements.

Develop and conduct training on documentation management, quality measurement, and monitoring procedures within the QMS.

Offer guidance to the Quality team, promoting best practices throughout the department.

Oversee the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for all materials, components, processes, and final products, ensuring a seamless workflow across all shifts.

Drive the formulation and execution of objectives, policies, and procedures in line with ISO or TS standards.

Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and document the process.

Evaluate company and supplier product specifications, maintaining robust control and documentation practices.

Implement effective data analysis, quality methods, and inspection criteria to uphold the technical integrity of our quality processes and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.

Proficient in QMS systems.

Proven leadership ability to navigate challenges and deliver results.

Familiarity with ISO9100 environments.

Advanced computer skills.

Capable of thriving in a dynamic, people-centric workplace.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.

A degree in manufacturing and/or ASQ certification is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a certified Quality Management System.

Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques is a plus.Company Description
