Bethesda Country Club is hiring Banquet Servers. This position takes food and drink orders and serves at banquet events, providing a memorable experience for members and their guests. Banquet Server Essential Functions:

• Serve meals; place dishes by course in front of each person; serve from the left

• Keeps tables, dining room, and server/bar stations clean and tidy

• Solve member complaints as soon as they occur and advise supervisor as needed

• Work in a team environment

Banquet Server Requirements:

• 1 year of food service/bartending experience preferred

• Background in customer service

• Ability to anticipate customer needs
