Job Description
$16 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:
Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments
Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipmentQualifications:
Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GEDAbout Company
