Job Description
The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to support our Addison, IL office as a Customer Relations Specialist. This position is perfect for those who thrive on managing multiple tasks while providing world-class customer service. In addition to being an excellent support for our sales force and management staffs, we are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen. We have a positive and optimistic culture, and are looking to hire this type of person. The candidate will be required to think beyond the immediate scope of the job, and understand the larger picture of the company.
Duties:
Manage internal aspects of customer accounts and coordinate with customers, sales, and procurement
Interact with customers via phone, email and chat
Negotiate pricing, terms and other contractual issues
Order processing
Follow-up and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
Problem-solve to find creative solutions to customer inquiries
Use innovation and creativity in developing new processes and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelors or Associates degree a plus
Strong business acumen
Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Inbound call experience, strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and time management
A strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and desire to solve problems
