Project Manager Qualifications:

Experienced in luxury home remodeling valued at $1mil+

Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets

Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

Industry consistent work history (with a Custom Home Builder/Remodeler)

5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager

Estimating/Take-offs with software experience required

Ability to meet and discuss project with customers

Vendor management
