About The Role

We are looking for an experienced talent sourcer to build and execute sourcing strategies whilst supporting our recruitment projects. The primary objective is to identify and attract top-tier professionals across various industries who will contribute to the growth and success of our client companies.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.

Utilize online sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, databases,user groups, blogs, and other relevant online spaces) to attract candidates.

Screen resumes and job applications to assess candidate suitability and complete candidate profiles.

Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.

Maintain candidate databases and track sourcing metrics.

Provide regular updates to hiring managers on sourcing progress.

Assist with other recruitment activities as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing position in a fast paced environment

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Hands-on experience with various ATS and CRM tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Experience sourcing within international markets.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Flexibility and adaptability, adept at shifting priorities and embracing new tools and methods to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic environment.
