Performs technical support activities to maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems

Interface with other internal parties to ensure a coordinated design and complete engineering deliverables.

Report and document any engineering related / process abnormalities.

Analyse data to identify root causes of process problem and implement appropriate countermeasures.

Advise on corrective and preventive actions.

Develop and implement process improvement to optimize tools and equipment capability as of current we have.

Work with process and continuous improvement team to continuously to improve processes in regard to Productivity, Lead time, FROT, Quality and Cost.

Perform statistical process studies.

Graduate in a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is typically required.

Understanding of production processes, manufacturing methods, and quality control principles is essential.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.

Good communication skills are required to work effectively with teams.

Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant technical tools is expected.
