Sunshine Kiddies Early Learning Centre, we are looking to employ Full-time, part-time or casual Educators for our brand-new state-of-the-art Child care centre. We’re looking to welcome an Early Childhood Teacher to our team. To join us you will need to be a passionate educator, ready and willing to lead by example.
Duties:
Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development.
Maintaining records of the children's development, program, and daily information
Assisting with daily room tasks - e.g. activity preparation and meal times
Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations
Guiding team members with their development, individual goals and performance.
Essential criteria
A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or an approved teaching qualification
A Working With Children Check
A creative and cooperative team person
Committed to excellence in early childhood education and care
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results
First aid certificate
We also looking to welcome a Diploma Room Leader to our team. To join us you will need to be a passionate educator, ready and willing to lead by example.Mentoring and coaching others will be a key focus of the role, as will developing strongrelationships with our children, families, and colleagues. We’re really after educators who ooze enthusiasm and are ready to consider new concepts. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
Completed Diploma of Children’s Services and First aid certificateMinimum 2 years’ experience in a Room Leader role
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results
A cooperative team player who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages.
