Champi Food and Beverage Waiter/Waitress

Champi, family owned Restaurant located in Kingston is looking for a talented Part-Time Food and Beverage Staff.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and hard-working person with exceptional customer service experience, excellent food and wine knowledge is required as well as an ability to form great relationships with our customers.

Flexibility and passion is important for this industry, Champi is expanding and looking for long term career opportunity.

We are opened Tuesday – Sunday, weekends are required on a rotating roster.

On the job training will be provided so we are looking for someone who learns quickly and who can work both supervised and independently.

For the right applicant this role could develop into a supervisor position so we need someone open to taking on more responsibility and ready to help manage a team of people.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proactive attitude and team skills

• Communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

• A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant essential

• Your positive and respectful style will set the benchmark for a dynamic team

• You will have a personal desire to succeed and a genuine desire to be the best

• Flexible availability across a 6 days a week operation

• Knowledge of South East Asian cuisine, a bonus but not essential

• Beverage knowledge is desirable

• Must have a current ACT RSA Certificate and full Australian working rights
