Environmental Project Manager (Engineer or Geologist)

Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Compensation: $85,000- $128,000

Sign-on Bonus: $10K

POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking an Environmental Project Manager who is a problem-solver and an environmental strategist known for hands-on practical experience in investigations. One who is ready to lead our team. A project manager who enjoys working on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will work on projects ranging from site investigations to regulatory compliance tasks, feasibility studies, and remedial design and/or implementation. The company is a sell/manage/do organization, so your duties will also include supporting marketing/business development efforts and serving in a managing role over support staff:

Provide client and project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work associated with environmental investigations and remediation oversight.

Managing fieldwork, compiling data, preparing reports, and oversight of projects

Managing environmental site assessments and remediation projects

Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies

Preparation of work plans and UFP-SAPs

Understanding of local, state, and federal environmental regulations, especially TRRP regulations and reporting requirements

REQUIREMENTS

BS in Engineering, (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or Chemical) or Geology, or related environmental science.

10 years’ experience in environmental compliance, geology, and/or environmental engineering

Must have a Texas Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) License

Project Management experience is required.

Strong consulting and problem-solving skills are required.

Communication skills, written and verbal, are critical to success.

Experience with environmental DoD contracts

Experience in emerging contaminants such as PFAS
