The Associate Manager, Email & SMS Marketing is an essential part of the Digital team. This role works cross functionally to craft and deploy relevant email and SMS campaigns to the US and Canadian databases. This role will work closely with HQ counterparts and local cross-functional teams promote key brand priorities and initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Ecommerce Manager.
Email & SMS communications include mass messaging and trigger campaigns, utilizing multiple platforms to improve KPIs and build customer loyalty. This person will support local and global business initiatives, maintain database hygiene, and develop list growth strategies. They will also be tasked with developing testing plans along with personalization and segmentation strategies.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain email & SMS marketing calendar aligning with key brand initiatives, promotions, business needs and market trends
Maintain email & SMS KPI reports on a weekly basis and report results to business stakeholders
Analyze results of current strategies/campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization and improvements
Work cross-functionally to support Boutique and Outlet business
Setup and deploy email & SMS campaigns, and monitor/resolve any QA issues
Act as power-user in all email & SMS platform tools and maintain strong relationships with third parties
Build campaign strategies based on smart triggers to increase personalization and decrease manual batch and blast
Liaise between local and global teams
Keep up with new trends in order to make recommendations that keep us at the forefront of the industry
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS required
3+ years in email and/or SMS marketing
Understanding of and a passion for current fashion and industry trends
Technical proficiency with email service providers and basic understanding of HTML
Excel and Google Analytics experience
Strong grammar and writing skills
Detail oriented and organized
