What you’ll do:
Create campaign plans, including budget, targeting, and recommendations on Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more.
Conduct competitive research and develop keyword lists and audience sets for paid digital campaigns
Setup of accounts, tracking and campaigns with best practice guidelines
Manage multiple campaigns with a keen focus on performance, including ongoing testing, optimization and budget management to meet campaign goals
Create reports relaying complex data sets and effectively communicate performance to clients
Pace and optimize campaign spend against daily/monthly budgets
Assess landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns
Monitor, recommend and test the latest digital marketing tactics for internal and external initiatives
What you need:
Must have obtained, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or relevant field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and methodologies
2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Adwords, Bing)
A foundation of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices
Excellent spreadsheet skills, Excel or preferably with Google Sheets
Google Adwords and/or Analytics Certified
Experience working and communicating directly with clients
Impeccable attention to detail
Bonus points:
Experience in the healthcare / medical vertical
Experience with Supermetrics and other marketing automation tools
SEO experience
