As an Email Marketing Specialist, you play a crucial role in this transformation. Your mission will be to connect, engage, and inspire our community with creative and impactful email campaigns that not only showcase the unmatched quality of our products but also the beauty and confidence they bring to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Tailor email marketing strategies to celebrate the artistry of hair extensions, identifying and captivating our diverse audience with precision and creativity.

Content Creation: Design emails that resonate with our ethos, blending enticing copy with stunning visuals that highlight the elegance and quality of our extensions, ensuring every message is as beautiful and well-crafted as our products.

List Management: Maintain a curated list of clients and prospects, treating each segment with the care and attention to detail we apply to our hair extensions, ensuring messages reach those who will value them most.

Campaign Execution: Deploy email campaigns with the precision and artistry of a master stylist, utilizing the latest tools to ensure every communication is delivered flawlessly.

A/B Testing & Analytics: Apply a stylist’s eye for detail to test and refine campaigns, using data to enhance the beauty and effectiveness of our messaging.

Compliance & Automation: Ensure every campaign adheres to the highest standards, mirroring our commitment to quality and integrity in every aspect of our business.

Continuous Optimization: Stay at the forefront of email marketing trends, ensuring our strategies always lead the industry, much like our hair extensions.

Qualifications:

A passion for beauty and transformation, and hair extensions.

3-5 years of experience crafting captivating email campaigns, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.

Experience with Klaviyo

Mastery of email marketing platforms and automation tools, with a flair for creating visually stunning email designs.

Analytical prowess to glean insights from campaign data, enhancing our connection with clients.

Exceptional writing skills, capable of conveying the transformative power of our products.

An understanding of the legal landscape of email marketing, ensuring our communications are always respectful and compliant.

Creativity and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple campaigns that celebrate the diversity and beauty of our clients.

We Offer:

Base Salary: $120,000 annually, with additional commission based on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Important Note:

This role is based in Allen, TX. Requiring daily commutes to our office. We seek local talents who share our passion for beauty and innovation. We will assist with relocation fees if necessary.
