Release Manager

Pay Range: $110 to 115K per Annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

10+ years of change and/or release management experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of software releases throughout their lifecycle.

Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired.

Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies, release management, metrics dashboards and customer communications such as email, SMS and push notifications.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert release data into summaries that foster understanding and reduce outages.

Experience working within scaled agile development team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.

Technical skills include: ServiceNow, Atlassian-Jira and Confluence, MS SharePoint, Microsoft SharePoint, SAFe 6.0 certification, full stack web design, application design and architecture.

Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

PMO certification and/or Project Management background.

Experience in a retail or consumer organization.

Experience / Certification in One Ticketing System - Change Management Tool.
