We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Health & Beauty Aids (HBA) Division. This is a unique opportunity to bring your distinctive touch to a dynamic team that is already part of a well-established company. You will partner with Sales and merchandising, as well as collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments across the company. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Somerset NJ and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
Expand sales through retail channels
Manage existing retail clients and acquire new accounts through contacts, research, and other strategic methods of acquisition
Develop and present compelling presentations to retail clients
Track sell-through of product at retailers, manage replenishment to maximize sales
Research and analyze target customers and key retail customers for use in presentations
Communicate with shipping department on delivery dates and any potential discrepancies/issues to ensure deadlines are met
Should be ready to work on anything and everything, always seeking to deliver high-quality work.
Skills and competencies required:
Minimum of three years’ experience working with similar brands/categories
Strong collaboration and experience working with cross functional teams
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain composure and provide exceptional customer service through demanding situations
Strong attention to detail and organization with a high work ethic
Entrepreneurial nature and self-motivated
Thrives in fast-paced environment
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
