OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a personable individual with food service and management experience who is eager to guide our incredible team in our fun, health focused cafe environment. This position is a growth opportunity to continue growing with our brand in Tampa, FL. Your primary job as Manager for your BARE BLENDS® cafe is to assist with overseeing operations at Collett Holdings Tampa LLC location and ensure the company meets specific labor cost and cost of goods targets. Your goal is to create and continue to disseminate BARE BLENDS® work culture, onboard, train and retain employees, run payroll, maintain SOPs and standards in the workplace, ensure stores are clean and presentable for customers, maintain inventory, product management and ordering, assist with store level marketing and events and ensure the location is up to par with regard to product, employee performance and more.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

30-35 hours a week at the stores working on the line and training. Your goal is to create a solid team of employees, ensure they’re trained well and act as their first in command. You are responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, assisting with improving the workplace culture and improving employee retention. You will work to ensure your store is staffed fully when callouts happen, even if that means filling the shifts yourself when needed, help improve efficiencies and spot areas for weakness or potential loss. You are also tasked with ensuring staff are properly trained to meet our standards when it comes to food quality, customer service, cleanliness, safety best practices and more. You are responsible for purchasing product and supplies (COGS) for your store, maintaining inventory, food quality standards and more. You will be responsible for ensuring that your store meets labor and COGs targets each week set by the corporation. Ensure employee overall happiness and their commitment to being with this brand for the long term for both full and part time employees.

5-10 hours a week doing administrative work. Administrative work includes, but is not limited to company emails, payroll, onboarding as needed, distributing tips, maintaining the store change bank and compiling deposits, creating staff meeting material and hosting staff meetings, document sharing and connecting with your supervisor. You will be responsible for relaying the information from your supervisor regarding reviews accordingly to staff to ensure mistakes are not made again. This position will require you to communicate via google drive, company email addresses and Slack, our internal franchise communication platform even when you are not in the store.
