CommQuest seeks a Counseling Supervisor for our women's residential facility in Canton, Ohio. You will play a vital role for our clients who are in treatment recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.

What you'll do:

Provide chemical dependency and mental health intakes, screenings, and assessments

Facilitate individual and group counseling as well as client and family education

Orient new clients to the treatment philosophy

Provide crisis intervention as needed

All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

This is a full-time position during day shift hours. Must have the ability to work weekends and have the flexibility to work additional hours as needed and requested by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of LPCC-S highly preferred

Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or related field required

1+ year experience with Alcohol and Other Drugs in conjunction with mental/behavioral health (AoD) in a residential setting required

Knowledge of addiction, Alcoholics Anonymous and other 12-step programs preferred
