As a Junior IT Systems Administrator, your role will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and servers
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems, including LAN/WAN networks, hardware, software, and office systems
Manage user accounts and permissions
Oversee and manage the IT service desk operations using Jira Service Management
Customize and maintain Jira workflows, screens, permissions, and notifications according to project and team needs
Manage IT inventory of hardware, software, and resources
What will you bring
Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and server environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues swiftly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Lithuanian languages
Ability to provide clear and concise technical assistance to non-technical users
Understanding of security principles and practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to deliver results
We consider the following experiences as advantages
Experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
Experience with IAM tools and platforms
Knowledge of Jira Service Management for managing IT service desk operations
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools
