Job Details
We are in search of a Plumbing Engineer to join our Washington, DC office. This is an excellent opportunity to lead exciting and complex projects. Our office environment offers a supportive, team-based approach and wealth of opportunities to stretch professionally.
Main responsibilities entail:
Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Design mechanical systems including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls
Deliver projects across multiple delivery models, including design/bid/build, design assist, design build
Process contractor submittals, RFIs
Use technology and methodologies to create innovative approaches to building design
Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Higher Education and Science & Technology
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering from accredited University
P.E. License
10+ years experience
LEED AP BD=C preferred
BIM
You are current with current appropriate codes and technologies
Revit
Understanding of engineering systems within a specific discipline, advanced engineering principles and calculations
Record of consistent quality work
