Shift and Compensation

Monday-Friday1st Shift 6AM-2:30 PM

Pay of USD 20 - USD 30 / hour

Job Duties

Operate and set up CNC Mills and lathes for production runs

Ensure the quality and precision of machined parts by using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments

Read and interpret engineering blueprints to determine machine settings and specifications

Maintain a consistent and efficient workflow to meet production goals

Adhere to safety and quality standards in all machining processes

Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Background Profile

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist

Proficiency in operating CNC Mills and lathes

Strong knowledge of measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers (down to .0001)

Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints

Good work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment

Physical ability to stand at the machine for 8 hours and lift weights ranging from 5lbs to 40lbs

Availability for a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with possible overtime

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
