OBJECTIVE: Research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Provide support to hiring managers during the recruitment and onboarding process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned) * Develop best practices for sourcing and engagement techniques * Coordinate activities around pipeline for specific projects and campaigns across different business areas and geographies for active and passive talent * Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies * Create and edit recruitment marketing material * Use metrics and reporting to track internal results, measure effectiveness, and identify needs * Screen qualified candidates and conduct initial assessments * Manage the interview process for Dir.

Occasional overnight travel to other locations.
