Job Posting:

This position is responsible for the planning and execution of market research projects to detect mexican consumers’ needs and brand perception, as well as product trends in order to provide accurate information regarding competitive brands and overall market. In addition, to develop digital and traditional marketing strategies and campaigns; and sponsorship and ecommerce strategies, to increase brand awareness, positioning and sales for Lee and Wrangler.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop and direct market research projects aligned to each brand and distribution channel needs. Research and develop industry and category studies with relevant data to provide internally to other areas (sales, marketing, product, merchandising, etc.)

Develop and execute of strategic marketing programs and campaigns, to drive awareness, interest, and desire for the Lee and Wrangler brands with consumers in POS and marketplaces, focusing on increasing sales objectives.

Manage annual Lee and Wrangler sponsorship budgets, supervising the activities implemented and assuring the correct implementation and performance of each sponsorship, evaluating new prospects periodically.

Plan and execute social media strategies for both brands and leads the team and agencies to execute the plans and to achieve goals (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok).

Monthly sales FCST for E-Commerce business (brand platforms and marketplaces), developing strategies in order to increase sales.

Requirements

Business Administration or Marketing degree, specialized in digital marketing and ecommerce

Fluent in written and conversational English

Market research experience (at least 8 years)

Experience in creating traditional, digital marketing and ecommerce strategies (at least 5 years)

Consumer and business oriented, effective communication, change facilitator, innovative thinking.

Building strong brand visibility, considering global strategies
