WHAT YOU WILL DO

This internship offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment. We're looking for someone enthusiastic about administrative tasks and eager to develop their skills in a professional setting.

During this internship in the Admin and Diary team, you will gain experience on streamline administrative processes including:

Learning how to create and manage purchase orders (POs) in Ariba, ensuring accuracy and following global procurement guidelines.

Assisting in the onboarding of new vendors, helping gather necessary documents and information for integration into the procurement system.

Learning to schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook, in different time zones and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Learning how to check SAP invoices for accuracy and resolving any issues promptly to maintain financial efficiency.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

The detail-oriented intern we seek is a collaborative and dynamic person eager to learn and holds these qualifications:

Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.

Attention to detail in order to learn how to use Ariba for managing purchase orders.

Good communication skills in order to assist with vendor management and onboarding tasks.

Basic understanding of Outlook for scheduling meetings, with a willingness to learn more.

Interest in gaining familiarity with SAP invoice processing.

Proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
