Packaging Operator

Local chemical facility (Theodore, AL) is looking for a full-time Machine/Packaging Operator MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

THESE ARE ROTATING (12Hr) SHIFT POSITIONS Pay Range: $21.17 - $25.37 Activities would include: * Minimum 1-3 years industrial experience * Operate heavy equipment including: extensive forklift experience a MUST * CDL Preferred * Experience in loading/unloading and packaging of product * Work around rotating/moving equipment while packaging * Manually handles various materials.

* Regularly work at heights including off the top of ladders and the top of railcars and bulk truck trailers.

* Routinely climb ladders and stairs to perform various tasks.

* Familiarity with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures * Be able to respond quickly to identify and correct quality issues.

* Be able to maneuver and work in confined spaces to clean out and prep equipment and perform basic maintenance functions.
