Responsibilities: Provide outstanding service to members through various inbound and outbound channels including phone calls, video calls, email and other channels as developed.

Work efficiently to assist members in a calm, polite, and professional manner.

Responsible for member satisfaction by addressing all financial needs related to products, services, technologies, and transactions with accuracy and in a timely manner.

Resolve member issues and concerns within the position's level of authority and in accordance with Credit Union's policies.

Direct members to the appropriate resource and/ or Supervisor when a solution is outside the scope of the Member Solution Rep I’s authority or responsibility.

Successfully completes all training and keeps abreast of company policy changes Participate in Saturday rotation and works additional hours for special projects.

Meet or exceed sales or referral goals as an individual and collaboratively with the team.

Perform other job duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements: High school education and at least two year’s work experience of a clerical nature.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Pleasant outgoing personality which gives a positive image of the credit union to members and prospects.

Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Professionalism in dealing with members, managers and co-workers.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
