Digital Banking Implementation Supervisor

Silver Springs, Maryland

Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of Digital Banking products, from origination through to testing and troubleshooting.

Lead a team dedicated to the seamless execution of digital banking solutions, providing expert guidance and supervision.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Banking products, services, and systems, offering insights and solutions that enhance our offerings.

Address and resolve complex issues escalated from other digital banking areas, customer care, branches, or commercial lending/sales teams, as well as directly from customers.

Manage multiple projects and customer initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion with a focus on high-quality service delivery.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 8 years of experience in Digital Banking or electronic banking sectors.

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing treasury/corporate cash management products within a digital banking framework.

3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.

Deep knowledge and understanding of all Digital Banking products and services.

Proven technical proficiency in Cash Management and Treasury products and services.

Familiarity with NACHA rules and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

Strong organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in creating analytical spreadsheets, charts, and graphs in Excel.

Preferred:

Associate's degree or higher.

Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certifications.

Experience with QuickBooks, Direct Connect, or similar financial management tools.

Exposure to FIS business and consumer products.

Knowledge of data transmission and connectivity.
