We are seeking a diligent and organized Client Services Administrator to join the Sales and Marketing team for a growing firm in the Tysons area. As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the client engagement team, marketing/branding activities and general support of the firm’s sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of client correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized client files and databases to ensure efficient access to information.

Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to onboard new clients, gather necessary documentation, and facilitate contract renewals. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Address client concerns and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for further investigation and resolution.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance the client experience. Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist in the development of external content for marketing and branding purposes for use in social media marketing, client meetings, event planning and more.

Qualified candidates should have:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support roles.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience supporting marketing and branding activities and developing content for social media campaigns, client events, and industry trade shows preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
