Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Installation Foreman to oversee and execute state-of-the-art installations. Your expertise will bring to life audiovisual projects through meticulous installation and exceptional leadership.

What You'll Do:

Lead installations with precision, from cable pulling and connector installations to mounting and metal fabrication, ensuring each project's success.

Translate electronic schematics and architectural blueprints into reality, crafting immersive audiovisual environments.

Empower your team through mentorship, guiding Technicians and Lead Technicians in the fine art of AV installation.

Serve as a pivotal liaison to clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations exceeded.

Manage project documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site.

Who You Are:

A leader with a minimum of 4 years in audiovisual installation, ready to mentor and inspire.

Proficient with hand and power tools, and knowledgeable in audio, video, and control signal flow.

A problem solver who works independently, meets deadlines, and manages projects with ease.

A lifelong learner, open to acquiring new certifications (e.g., InfoComm CTS, OSHA 30, Crestron, Extron) to stay at the forefront of the industry.

A holder of a valid driver’s license, meeting Vision Technologies' driving standards.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, and navigate small spaces.
