Job Description:

We are seeking a Visual Designer who will play a crucial role in crafting engaging UI experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Your main roles and responsibilities will change as the team grows. They include:

Develop visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest visual design trends and methodologies.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant design solutions.

Utilise tools such as Figma and Adobe to create high-quality design deliverables.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.

Key qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in crafting engaging UI.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, and other relevant design tools.

Strong understanding and appreciation of design principles.

Experience working with design systems or creating them from scratch.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional qualifications (good to have):

Experience with micro animations.

Previous experience mentoring junior designers.

Exposure to the Ed-tech industry.
