HR Policy and Procedure Development:

Develop, review, and revise organizational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company ethos and local legal requirements.

Ensure uniform application of HR policies across all branches.

Fostering Organizational Values:

Collaborate with Co-founders, CEO, and Chief Accountant to articulate and instill company values company-wide.

Devise initiatives to nurture a corporate culture centered on performance excellence, adherence to quality standards, accountability, consistency, precision, and compliance with company regulations.

Performance Management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Set KPIs for various departments and positions.

Implement performance assessment systems to monitor and assess employee performance.

Establish and oversee bonus and penalty programs to incentivize performance and boost motivation.

Talent Recruitment and Onboarding:

Spearhead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to integrating new hires.

Design effective onboarding procedures to assimilate new employees into the organizational culture.

Develop and enact recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Employee Relations:

Organize team-building exercises to foster collaboration and communication within the organization.

Cultivate a supportive and cooperative work atmosphere by promptly addressing employee issues and conflicts.

Conduct feedback sessions with employees and implement initiatives for improvement.

Training and Career Development:

Identify training requirements and orchestrate employee development initiatives.

Facilitate career advancement by providing avenues for ongoing learning and skill enhancement.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate closely with Co-founders, CEO, and other department heads to synchronize HR strategies with business objectives.

Ensure seamless communication across departments and furnish regular HR reports to the leadership team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Age range: 30-35 years old.

Methodical and detail-oriented work ethic.

Proficiency in managing tasks under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Strong dedication and a diligent work approach.

Uphold high standards of integrity when handling confidential information.

Possess business acumen and comprehension of organizational functions.

Demonstrated experience as an HR Lead or in a similar capacity within a multicultural factory setting.

Thorough understanding of both international and Vietnamese work cultures.

Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable in Vietnam.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Capability to formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
