Overview

As an MBBS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) at our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in providing medical care to patients. You will work closely with the medical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the hospital or clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting medical assessments and examinations of patients.

Assisting in diagnosing and treating patients under the guidance of senior physicians.

Monitoring and recording patient progress and medical charts.

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Responding to medical emergencies and providing necessary interventions.

Assisting in surgical procedures and post-operative care.

Coordinating with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.

Providing medical consultations to patients and their families.

Participating in ward rounds and case discussions.

Ensuring compliance with medical protocols, ethics, and standards.

Required Qualifications

MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.

Valid medical license and registration with the appropriate medical board.

1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Proficient in using medical equipment and technology.

Good understanding of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Capability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation.
