The Role:

We are looking to expand our footprints in new regions of Punjab. Hence we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Sales Manager to lead team and manage the day-to-day operations of our institute. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless functioning of our institute, driving sales, engaging with parents, overseeing marketing efforts, and maintaining high standards of communication and leadership within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall management of the institute, ensuring smooth operations, and the highest quality of education delivery.

Drive sales and marketing efforts to enhance enrolment and institute reputation.

Conduct meetings with parents to discuss their children's progress and address any concerns.

Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Develop and implement strategies for team development and institute growth.

Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, including students, parents, team members, and partners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing educational institutions or similar roles.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 8-10 people.

Exceptional sales and marketing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents and students.

Energetic, passionate, and committed to driving educational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (preferred).
