Digital Marketing Associate

Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role, contributing to digital strategies, creative content, and customer engagement. Your expertise in SEO, dynamic banner design, and proficiency in Google Web Designer (GWD) and Google Analytics(GA) will drive our online presence and customer engagement.

The Digital Marketing Associate will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Marketing Operations Team (DIMO) and report to the Director, Customer Experience & Engagement. DIMO's mission is to drive digital transformation within the commercial organization that is rooted in continual enhancements focused on a digital-first mindset, which uses a test & learn culture while balancing operational effectiveness and personalized omni channel customer engagement supporting Azurity's commitment to ACE (Azurity Commercial Excellence) as we Serve Overlooked Patients.

Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Dynamic Banner Design

Collaborate with brand teams, US based DIMO team, and our Media Agency of Record to design eye-catching and responsive banners.

Create dynamic HTML5 banners using Google Web Designer (GWD).

Optimize banners for various platforms, channels, and screen sizes.

Google Analytics (GA):

Utilize GA to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.

Implement GA tags and events for accurate measurement.

Collaboration and Communication

Coordinate with onshore marketing teams to align strategies and goals.

Communicate effectively across time zones to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that offshore deliverables meet both the highest creative and technical standards.

Full time
