Cyber Security Manager is responsible for managing a group of developers to guide them with strategic visions within Identity Governance.

Must have good operational and technical ability to guide and assist a Global team in a fast paced environment.

Must have strategic operational ability to understand operational processes, metrics, good communication and presentation skills.

Must be a team member and ability to work with leadership to deploy and manage strategic visions within Honeywell.

EXPERIENCE

. 5 -7 years' experience in one or more technical areas of Information Security and especially in IAM (as a performance and/or security testing specialist) with attribute and role-based access controls.

. 5-8 years' technical leadership

. Technical or architectural experience of IAM solutions is a strong asset.

OVERALL SKILLS - ABILITIES

. Demonstrated successful track record of implementing Sailpoint IdentityIQ

. Experience leading a Global team

. Expertise in relational databases and SQL

. Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)

. Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)

. Knowledge of FAM (Federated Access Management)

. Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access management domain

. Expertise developing troubleshooting processes, methodologies and standards for Sailpoint IdentityIQ

. Experience in working with a Global team and leading technical talents
