Opportunity

Responsibilities:

As a Customs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customs operations, including air and sea import/export assessment and operations, within the CFS (Container Freight Station) and port environments. Your main duties will include:

Customs G Card Holder:

Hold a valid Customs G card with a minimum of 10 years of experience in customs operations related to air and sea import/export assessment and operations.

Knowledge of Customs Regulations:

Possess in-depth knowledge of customs regulations, the Customs Act, and related policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Understanding of Customs Formalities:

Demonstrate proficiency in all customs formalities and procedures, including those related to Special Economic Zones (SEZ), Free Trade Warehousing Zones (FTWZ), break bulk, and Roll-on/Roll-off (RORO) operations.

Communication Skills:

Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities regarding customs-related matters.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in customs operations, specifically in air and sea import/export assessment and operations.

Holder of a valid Customs G card.

Comprehensive understanding of customs regulations, the Customs Act, and related policies.

Proficiency in all customs formalities and procedures, including SEZ, FTWZ, break bulk, and RORO operations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Note: This position requires a high level of expertise in customs operations and compliance. Candidates must possess the necessary qualifications and experience to fulfill the responsibilities outlined above.
